Shipping
Domestic orders are sent via USPS Media Mail or UPS. Orders sent surface usually arrive in 6-14 business days depending on your location. If you require faster shipping, please indicate UPS Next Day, or 2nd Day service. Packages over 30 lbs may require additional processing time. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 2-3 days delay on shipment time.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We currently ship to street addresses only. All international orders shipped via DHL Global Mail will be sent the first Friday after the order is placed. You may also request Express Global shipping by contacting us. Express Global shipping is by DHL, you MUST provide a street address (no PO Boxes) and telephone number. Transit time for DHL Global Mail is approximately 10-18 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee the actual delivery date.
Order Processing
• Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
• Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.
• Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, Saturday or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Items on backorder
Occasionally, we will be temporarily out of stock on an item. This means we're awaiting a shipment from the publishers, and we don't currently have the item available to ship to customers. You can still order the item, however. Our shipping time for out of stock items is 7 to 10 days or as soon as the item is available.
If you place an order containing both in-stock and out of stock items, we will immediately process and ship the in-stock items. We will bill your account for all items ordered plus shipping and handling. We will send the backordered items separately when they're available, using the shipping method you chose when you placed your order.
Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return items to us provided that the item(s) are in new/original condition.
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate this information and the order number on a separate piece of paper. Please use a prepaid, secure, and traceable method, such as Fed-Ex or UPS, for shipment.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from worldvisionresources.com.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are otherwise damaged will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.
Exchanges
Worldvisionresources.com will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged by us or by our package delivery carrier. Please use the form in the "Contact Us" section of this website or call us at 1-800-777-7752 to arrange exchange of damaged items.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund and have returned the item, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1 to 12 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
