Shipping
Domestic orders usually arrive in 6-14 business days depending on your
location. If you require faster shipping, please make the request when
placing your order. Packages over 30 lbs may require additional
processing time. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an
additional 2-3 days delay on shipment time.
Products can be shipped to virtually any address in the world. World
Vision Resources currently ship to street addresses only. All
international orders will be sent the first Friday after the order is
placed. You may also request Express Global shipping by contacting us.
Transit time for Global Mail is approximately 10-18 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates only. World Vision
Resources cannot guarantee the actual delivery date.
Items on backorder
Occasionally, products are placed on backorder. This means that the
item is currently out of stock and unavailable to ship to customers.
You can still order the item, however. World Vision Resources shipping
time for out of stock items is 7 to 10 days or as soon as the item is
available.
If you place an order containing both in-stock and out of stock items,
World Vision Resources will immediately process and ship the in-stock
items. World Vision Resources will bill your account for all items
ordered plus shipping and handling. World Vision Resources will send
the backordered items separately when they're available, using the
shipping method you chose when you placed your order.
Exchanges
World Vision Resources will only exchange items if they are defective
or damaged by us or by our package delivery carrier. Please use the
form in the "Contact Us" section of this website or call 1-800-777-7752
to arrange exchange of damaged items.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund and have returned the item, World Vision
Resources will notify you via e-mail of your refund once the returned
item has been received and processed. You can expect a refund in the
same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1 to 12
business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due
to World Vision Resources error, the shipping costs will be deducted
from your refund.
